Jasper looked up to the sky he felt a shift in the air. The breeze, which had started off as light, blowing his longer hair barely, had picked up. It was enough for him to think that it might rain and as his gaze adjusted to the darkening sky, rain had began to fall down. It was a heavy rain, quick to soak anyone to the bones that stayed out in it too long. So, he didn't. Jasper darted into the next nearest establishment, not bothering to check what it was because he simply wanted out of the rain. That hadn't been in the forecast when he looked earlier that day. Jasper took cover in a business, looking out the window near the door before truly taking in his surroundings. The sky had cast a darkness over Kismet Harbor and he leaned forward, trying to get a better look now that he was under shelter. "You know, it wasn't supposed to rain." Jasper muttered aloud, to himself, to anyone that was listening nearby.
